COMMERCIAL USE
Stock Photographs
The marine life images found in our galleries are suitable for any commercial use including
advertising, books, magazines, periodicals or other graphic media.
Please make a note of the image number and contact us for specific pricing.
Images can be supplied on disc as Adobe RGB, high resolution files (7200 pixels x 4800 pixels) at
300 dpi/ppi.
High resolution images will be provided only with a licensing agreement stating the rights granted,
terms of usage and full payment of agreed upon price.
Sale of rights for print use does not grant any rights for electronic usage.
No usage is granted for internet, CD-Rom or other electronic or digital use unless specifically
authorized.
Also, usage rights are limited to one time non-exclusive print rights in one language/one country
unless specifically stated otherwise in a licensing agreement.
Digital files are not to be stored and should be destroyed after use or after receipt of the file if a
decision is made not to use for the selected purpose.
You may not use Images in a pornographic, defamatory, fraudulent, lewd, obscene or otherwise
illegal manner, including but not limited to infringing any third party intellectual property or privacy
rights, whether directly or in context or by juxtaposition with other materials.
Images may not be sublicensed, resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution
separately or detached from a product or web page. For example, the Images may be used as an
integral part of a web page design, but may not be made available for downloading separately or
in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by website users. Similarly,
your customers may be provided with copies of the Images as an integral part of work product,
but may not be provided with the Images or permitted to use the Images separately.
Assignees assume full liability for their employees, agents and messengers for any misuse of
images and agree to indemnify and hold NGFL Publishing, Inc. and the copyrighted photographers
harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses including reasonable
attorney’s fees arising from the usage of any image or any breach of the licensing agreement.
NGFL Publishing, Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of information
and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in information and materials.
No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, indirectly but not limited to the warranties
of non infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose is
given in conjunction with information and materials.
